"Concept Projects" are internal initiatives where designers spend up to five days conceiving ideas for market opportunities and innovation.

For this project, we developed a Point of Sale (POS) solution for a pet service network that offers pet products and training. The goal was to create a self-service platform for customers to access the network's services directly in-store. We also designed an interface for trainers to manage the dog training program.
