Kanguro Insurance
Kanguro is an insurtech company based in America and caters to the Latin American population. Their aim is to provide affordable and straightforward insurance products. Their first offering is pet insurance, and the project involved five designers who led it up to its initial launch.
As the Design Director for the project, I was in charge of the research aspect, which covered competitor analysis, user research, market analysis, and on-site workshops. I also took responsibility for the information architecture for the website and mobile app interface design.
We launched the first product in February of this year and are now expanding its offerings. We have completed the discovery process, including an on-site workshop with the client, and are now designing and developing a new product for the platform.
The new product is planned to be launched by the end of the year.
